Profile
With over 30 years in military leadership and engaging in complex and classified situations, I am excited to now share my techniques for leadership and effective communication with members of your team.
Allow me to share through inspiring examples the leadership, experiences and perspective I’ve gained from fighting on the front lines and strategizing in the Navy Component Headquarters, to make your unit “combat ready” no matter the situation.
It has always been my life’s joy to lead over 5,000 sailors on aircraft carriers, and to have the ability to give life changing personal guidance to single individuals, using strategic level thinking to tactical level motivation.
I will work with you via leadership consulting to trust and invest in your team to go beyond their dreams with Attitude, Belief, and Character as their magnetic north...
